I’ve been there. Researching the f*** out of my patterns, my fatigue, my burnout. Trying to “win” in business the easeful way.
I spent years in what I call Modern Day Survival Mode. Less tigers and bears ... more panic about disappointing clients, pushing my body beyond its limits just to feel worthy, and getting obsessed with personal development until it became performative ... like some kind of healing hamster wheel.
On the outside, I was functioning. Achieving. Holding it together.
On the inside, I was constantly overriding myself to keep going.
I thought if I just understood myself more…
healed more… disciplined myself better… finally got there - things would feel easeful.
But nothing truly shifted until I stopped trying to fix myself and learned how to come home to my body.
To build safety first…
and let ambition grow from there.
