I’ve been there researching and scrolling content for hours on my self-sabotage patterns, my fatigue, my burnout, or how to win in business the easeful way.
I spent years in what I call Modern Day Survival Mode (less tigers and bears, more panic over displeasing clients, failing, falling behind, or not looking good enough in the mirror).
I fell in love with personal development only to feel like it eventually became something elso "to do", it became performative, like some kind of healing hamster wheel.
Just like you I’m ambitious, I want to manifest wild success as much as the next self-aware, driven woman … I just didn’t want it cost me my peace, nervous system, health, and overall sense of happiness.
On the outside, I looked grounded and capable. On the inside, my body was constantly in fight/flight/freeze/fawn mode.
Looking back didn’t need more insight. I needed my system to feel safe enough to live the life I was already envisioning and capable of creating.
After nearly a decade of healing in all facets, leaving jobs, a 10 year relationship, overcoming an eating disorder, depression and anxiety I truly found what works.
